Older people who have recovered from corona can be re-infected: new research

Older people who have been treated for corona should try to boost immunity rather than worry, according to a new study. The research also found that the production of antibodies to Covid-19 is delayed and does not last much longer.

There is also a possibility that the elderly should not be complacent for this reason. Research was done on 800 elderly people who came for treatment of corona. The new research also found that the speed is much higher in the elderly due to the lack of antibodies.

According to Tulika Chandra, head professor of transfusion medicine, the study was performed on elderly people who had recovered from infection and donated to a plasma bank. Half of the 800 donors, or 400 donors, were found to be ineligible.
