Japan will allocate a huge military budget of 52 billion dollars

Tokyo, Ta. Monday, December 21, 2020

Japan will allocate a military budget of .7 51.7 billion (5.43 trillion yen) for next year. The budget is for the year starting April 1, but preparations have already begun. Japan has increased its military budget for the ninth year in a row.

The decision comes amid growing Chinese aggression. In addition to China, North Korea is also a threat to Japan in Asia. With this in mind, Japanese Prime Minister Yoshihide Suga has planned this.

The new budget will be used to purchase and manufacture missiles, fighter jets and other sophisticated weapons at home. Japan is also set to buy six stealth aircraft developed by US company Lockheed Martin. China claims some of Japan's missiles. To meet this, Japan is developing long-range missiles.

For almost 70 years after World War II, Japan pursued a policy of peace. It also limited its military spending. But now, given China's aggressive stance, Japan is ready to fight.
