It is inappropriate to damage the country's wealth in the name of agitations: Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that the country's infrastructure does not belong to any party but is the future of the country. The mentality of demonstrations and agitations is to harm the wealth of the country, this wealth should not be harmed as it belongs to the country and becomes the money of the taxpayers.

Citing trains which are stopped during the agitation, Modi said the railways which were damaged during the agitation were the only ones that came to work in difficult times. Even in the Corona epidemic, we saw that the country's railways did a lot to transport people. From delivering rations to helping the hospital, the railways came to work.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the operation of trains on the 1857 km DFC track from Prayagraj Srithat Control Room of Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridor (DFC) and Ludhiana to Sirthan Dankuni station in West Bengal.

During which he spoke about the importance of railways and appealed to the people to stop the damage done to railways during the agitation. He said it was not a national responsibility to damage the country's infrastructure in the name of agitation, adding that such damage was hurting the country.
