Imran Khan's government was bringing in a new law to curb the rising incidence of rape in Pakistan. Under that law the rapist would be made impotent by a chemical process.

At the same time, a provision was being added in the law that the rape case would have to be disposed of by the court within four months. The process of revealing the name of the victim would be a punishable offense.

Currently, Imran Khan's government is drafting this new law. Interestingly, Imran Khan himself is also accused of sexual harassment and exploitation. Three months ago, Imran Khan came up with this new idea to punish rapists. Now his government was enacting a law to enforce it. Under the law, the rapist's medical examination will be completed in just six hours. A national register of criminals caught repeatedly committing such crimes will be prepared and monitored closely. The rapist's chemical castration will be done so that his arousal will be destroyed forever.
