Corona vaccine dry run across the country simultaneously, biggest campaign to start from January 2

With the knock of the new year, the country has now started preparations for the corona vaccine. The Government of India has decided that a dry run of corona vaccine will be conducted in every state of the country from January 2. The decision was taken at a meeting of the health ministry on Thursday.

So far, such a dry run was conducted in only 4 states of the country. Which was done in Punjab, Assam, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh. Good results came from dry runs in four states. After which the government has now decided to implement this dry run across the country.

What's in a dry run?

States will have to mark their two cities in the dry run, as per the directives of the Ministry of Health. In both these cities, the whole process of delivering the vaccine to the city, going to the hospital, calling people, re-dosing will be followed as if vaccination is taking place.

At the same time, the Covin mobile app, which the government has created with the corona vaccine, will also be tried. People who have to be vaccinated during a dry run. They will be sent an SMS. After which health workers from officials will work on vaccination.

This mainly involves the preparation of vaccines for storage, distribution and immunization. Which is being performed at major government hospitals or other locations in the city.

The dry run lasted for two days in four states

Dry runs were conducted in Punjab, Assam, Gujarat and Andhra Pradesh before running dry runs across the country. Meanwhile, the entire system was adopted online in Ludhiana and Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar in Punjab. The process was followed online, from vaccine storage to public information. The process was adopted in other states on December 28 and 29.

PM Modi gave the information

Prime Minister Narendra Modi informed about the vaccination only on Thursday. In his address, PM Modi said that preparations for the corona vaccine in the country are in the final stages. The world's largest corona vaccination program will be launched soon. PM Modi said that people will get information related to vaccine only on their phones.

At the same time, PM Modi warned the people to avoid rumors linked to the corona vaccine and not forward any message without confirming it. PM Modi said that even after the arrival of the vaccine, everyone has to be careful.
