A large number of farmers have gathered in Delhi at present. The highest number of farmers have come from Punjab and Haryana. Later, farmers from Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh also joined.

In the midst of this situation, some experts now claim that farmers may suffer from corona and a large number of them may be harmed. While the farmers have retaliated by saying that it is not the corona but the agricultural bills of the Center that are more dangerous for us.

Amidst the farmers' picket, the head of the disease division of the Indian Medical Council, Dr. Samir Panda said that any kind of picketing could prove to be extremely damaging in the present times.

Therefore, we request all those who are protesting to keep all kinds of security. People should be aware that gathering in any way is harmful. On the other hand, the agitating farmers and leaders say that it is not the Korona but the agricultural laws of the Center that are more dangerous for us.

Gurmeet Singh, an agitating farmer from Faridkot in Punjab, said, "We will probably fight against Koro and even survive when the Centre's agricultural laws are so dangerous that they will rob thousands of farmers of their livelihood."

In Delhi, on the other hand, corona tests are also being conducted on farmers protesting at various places. Although no farmer's corona report has come positive so far from the picket line, this information was given by an official of a medical team.

In Delhi, the Aam Aadmi Party government has formed a team of doctors who have so far tested the corona of more than 100 farmers. However, none of them reported positive. So at present there is no threat of corona to enough farmers. The government, on the other hand, has run rickshaws with mics to inform farmers about the corona. However, the farmers' slogans are getting louder than the corona's informative messages.

Gursharanjit Singh, a farmer from Uttar Pradesh, said, "My whole family is dependent on only six acres of my farmland." If we are careful we will survive the Corona but these agricultural laws of the Central Government will kill us. Many people are distributing masks and sanitizers in all the places where demonstrations are going on in Delhi. Blankets are also being distributed by Delhiites to protect farmers from the cold.
