The interest of the new generation in getting jobs in the Chinese army is declining, even dissatisfaction among ex-soldiers

Beijing, Ta. 12 November 2020, Thursday

Chinese troops have been deployed in the wake of clashes with India on the Ladakh border and on the other hand, the attraction of Chinese youth to the army is waning.

According to a report in a Hong Kong newspaper, the Chinese youth are not interested in joining the Chinese military force that is driving China to Gulbango. There are more options to create. China needs to work harder to attract young people to the Army so that military jobs remain an attractive option for them.

On the other hand, dissatisfaction among China's ex-servicemen is also growing. Ex-servicemen have also staged demonstrations demanding better facilities. In January alone, such demonstrations forced China to arrest 19 ex-servicemen. There are 57 million ex-soldiers in China.

Under the new law, ex-servicemen will now be offered job opportunities as well as tax relief by the Chinese government to companies that employ them, as well as help ex-servicemen find jobs.
