The Chinese ambassador wished Diwali and posted his message on Twitter

The Chinese ambassador to India posted a message on social media wishing the people of India a happy Diwali.

Chinese Ambassador Sun Weidong wrote on Twitter that Happy Diwali to the people of India. I wish you all happiness, peace and prosperity. I wish you and your family happiness and peace in this festival of happiness and joy.

Thus, for the last five to six months, there has been constant tension between the Indian and Chinese armies in the eastern Ladakh region. The two sides also held seven or eight rounds of talks. During the eighth round, it was agreed that both sides should withdraw their forces from the Finger area. However, China has not yet formally agreed to the proposal.

At present, 50,000 Indian troops are stationed in eastern Ladakh. The Chinese were also almost ready to go there. China took the step without any prior provocation. However, the Indian troops bravely forced the Chinese troops to retreat each time.
