- What is this ban on Nitish Kumar - this is what a man asks

Like Gujarat, Bihar has a liquor ban, but during the recent assembly elections, liquor worth hundreds of crores of rupees was seized in Bihar. In just one and a half months, foreign liquor worth Rs 3 lakh 91 thousand was seized in 39 districts.

It is not often believed that bags of liquor, including cash and food grains, are seized during elections to lure voters, but these official figures on liquor seized during Bihar elections show the extent to which candidates can go down to attract voters.

The ritual of bringing alcohol also surprised the police. Somewhere the liquor was brought inside by opening the seat of the motor and somewhere the grains of liquor were brought by hiding the wheat rice in the sacks of grain. Two Kalals caught in Sivan on the Uttar Pradesh-Bihar border were wearing thick belts. When the police took out the belt and opened it on suspicion, a bottle of foreign liquor came out of it.

Political critics believe that all political parties in Bihar were involved in bringing alcohol and serving voters in this way.
