India extends ban on international flights till December 31

In view of the Corona epidemic, India has extended the ban on international flights till December 31.

Meanwhile, the Director General of Civil Aviation has clarified that flights under the Vande Bharat Mission will continue. Earlier, the ban on international flights was extended till November 30. However, the ban has been extended in view of the growing case of Corona.

Domestic flights were resumed on May 25 after the lockdown was imposed after the arrival of Corona in India. In addition, special flights were launched by India under the Vande Bharat Mission for passengers stranded abroad. Since then, 2.7 million Indians have returned from other countries. .

In India, on the other hand, corona infection is still present. In the last 24 hours, 44,000 new cases have been reported and 92.66 lakh people in the country have been infected with corona so far.
