Has the government devised a strategy for the distribution and storage of Corona vaccine ?: Rahul Gandhi

New delhi date. 11 November 2020, Wednesday

Amid ongoing speculation that the corona vaccine will hit the market in 2021, former Congress president Rahul Gandhi has again sharply questioned the government.

Rahul Gandhi shared an interview with Sunil Nair, CEO of a logistics company, on Twitter and asked the question. In addition, the vaccine has to be transported in a similar environment. No logistics company in India has this capacity. India does not have storage with a capacity of more than minus 40 degrees.

"The government should formulate a policy for the distribution of vaccines," Gandhi said.

The director of AIIMS also said that keeping the vaccine at minus 70 degrees would be a challenge for developing countries like India, especially in rural areas where it lacks facilities.
