Former Congress president Rahul Gandhi today once again took a dig at the Modi government over the country's deteriorating economy and banking system.

Rahul Gandhi tweeted this morning that banks are in trouble and so is GDP. The country has never had such high prices and unemployment before.

The deteriorating banking system and declining GDP in the country are demoralizing the people and crushing social justice day by day. Is this development or destruction?

Rahul Gandhi's tweet came at a time when private bank Lakshmi Vilas Bank is facing a financial crisis. The government has banned Lakshmi Vilas Bank for a month. Under the RBI decision, a customer with a bank account can no longer withdraw more than Rs 25,000 in cash per month.
