Comedian Bharti Singh and her husband sent to judicial custody, bail to be heard tomorrow

Comedian Bharti Singh's troubles are on the rise. The NCB has tightened the noose on Bharti and her husband Harsh Limbachia. Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachia have been remanded in judicial custody by a Mumbai Fort court in a drug case. However, Bharti and Harsh have applied for bail in the court which will be heard on Monday.

Bharti Singh and her husband Harsh Limbachia have been remanded in judicial custody till December 4. Bharti Singh will be shifted to Kalyan Jail while Harsh will be shifted to Taloja Jail. The bail application will be filed in the Qila court as it is a drugs case. Now, the hearing on the plea of ​​both will be held on Monday after which it will be known whether Bharti Singh will get relief or not.

It may be mentioned that the NCB raided Bharti's house in Mumbai. In the meantime, marijuana was seized from there. During interrogation, Bharti Singh confessed that he had taken drugs. Bharti was arrested after about 6 hours of interrogation. Her husband Harsh was also arrested the following night.

First on Sunday, Bharti Singh and Harsh Limbachia were taken for medical and corona tests and both appeared in court at 11.30 am. He was accompanied by two drug peddlers. The NCB had sought the remand of Bharti's husband Harsh before the court but could not get it. The court remanded them in judicial custody while the remand of two peddlers was granted by the NCB.
