BJP addresses 650 rallies, Nitish addresses 113 rallies, Bihar Assembly election campaign accounts

- Narendra Modi is ahead of Rahul

Patna Dated 6th November 2020 Friday

The campaign for the Bihar Assembly elections ended on Thursday. This time, RJD's Tejaswi Yadav did the hardest work, but most of the rallies were addressed by the BJP. Incumbent Chief Minister Nitish Kumar addressed 113 meetings.

This time the election was a good tussle. RJD's Tejaswi, who is dreaming of becoming the Chief Minister, addressed more than 250 rallies alone. The BJP fielded 29 of its top leaders for campaigning. Top leaders, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi himself, Defense Minister Rajnath Singh and party president JP Nadda, landed in Bihar. Narendra Modi alone addressed more than 12 rallies for the three-phase polls. In that sense, Modi was ahead of Rahul Gandhi of the Congress. Rahul held only eight rallies.

Passing the lamp of the lodge was a good thing. However, the death of her father and Union Minister Ram Vilas Paswan was likely to garner more sympathy votes. The BJP allowed Chirag to keep his feet in both milk and curd. On the one hand, Chirag called himself the Hanuman of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, on the other hand, he was constantly opposing Nitish Kumar. RJD's Tejaswi Yadav himself promised to provide jobs to one million youth if he came to power. The promise was mocked by Union Home Minister Amit Shah during a visit to Kolkata. Amit Shah said that Tejaswi was not aware of Bihar's budget and made such a promise. Bihar's budget is not big enough to provide jobs to one million youth.
