US Secretary of State Pompeo pays tribute to Galvan Valley martyrs

China's embarrassment is growing with the growing proximity of India and the US. US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and Secretary of Defense Mark Asper visited India on Tuesday and openly supported India against China. During the US Secretary of State's visit, important agreements were reached between India and the US, which will further strengthen the defense partnership between the two countries.

Tribute to the martyrs of Galwan Valley

Pompeo and Mark Asper's 2 + 2 ministerial dialogue on Tuesday was attended by Indian External Affairs Minister S. Jayashankar and Defense Minister Rajnath Singh. Pompeo said after the meeting that the United States would stand with the people of India in the event of an attack on sovereignty and independence. He said China has nothing to do with democracy, law, transparency, independence and stability of the region. After criticizing China, the US Secretary of State arrived in the Galvan Valley to pay tribute to Indian soldiers killed in violent clashes with China. The Chinese media has reacted sharply to it.

The dragon was embarrassed

Leading Chinese media reports said that all Indians were overwhelmed when US Secretary of State Pompeo and Secretary of Defense Asper paid tribute to the martyrs of the Galvan Valley, but did Indians wonder why this was done? Senior US officials did not pay tribute to the 2 lakh Americans who died due to the corona and are now mourning the loss of Indian soldiers. This is a gift full of deception. China is moving forward on the path of peaceful development and protecting its own interests. China sees neither India nor the United States as an enemy. If some people are conspiring, they will suffer the consequences.

Questions raised by the Chinese Foreign Ministry

Asked about Pompeo's visit to India, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said, "We believe that relations with each country should focus on regional peace, stability and development." America's Indo-Pacific strategy is a symbol of the Cold War mentality and exacerbates factionalism and hostility between many countries. This shows that America wants to maintain its dominance in the world. We urge American politicians to abandon this mentality. They stop being intimidated by China's alleged threat and give up the habit of sowing the seeds of controversy between countries in the region.

He further said that the issue of India-China border dispute is an issue between India and China. Currently the situation on the border is stable and both sides are trying to resolve the dispute through dialogue. The US embassy in India said the US wanted to fight different groups. China and India have the discretion to solve any of their own problems and no third party is needed in this matter.

Chinese media's reaction to Indo-US military agreement

India also signed a Basic Exchange and Co-operation Agreement with the United States on Tuesday. The agreement will boost military cooperation between the two countries. Following the agreement, India will be able to monitor its borders through an American satellite. The Chinese media has reacted to the Indo-US deal. Leading Chinese media said that after the 2 + 2 story, India and the US have struck a BECA deal. Some media organizations and analysts think that the military partnership between the US and India will now take a new shape but this is an illusion.

An attempt to put psychological pressure on India-US

"India has always been skeptical of China and the border dispute between the two countries has deepened the mistrust," it said. However, going to the US, it will not be in a position to clash with China on the border. Going to India-US is trying to put psychological pressure on China but this pressure from Galvan Valley to Pangong Lake is not going to work.
