The FATF will decide about Pakistan today, crucial for the future of Imran Khan

- Pakistan is the father of terrorism

Paris, 23 October 2020 Friday

Financial Action Task Force (FATF)

) Will announce an important decision about the future of Pakistan today. Terrorism created by Pakistan was likely to bite Pakistan today. If FATF blacklists Pakistan, Pakistan's position will be the worst in the world.

Pakistan, with the help of its friend China, had tried unsuccessfully to influence the FATF decision. The FATF had sought an answer from Pakistan on 27 issues. The issues were about financing terrorism and allowing terrorists to roam their land. Pakistan was constantly claiming that we do not nurture terrorism.

India proved Pakistan's claim to be hollow by presenting solid evidence before the FATF. India also submitted, including evidence, that only 21 of the 27 points you made were implemented by Pakistan. India also alleged that Pakistan had not taken any action against Jaish-e-Muhammad or Dawood Ibrahim, whom the UN had declared an international terrorist.

Indian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Anurag Srivastava said that Pakistan had not taken any action on the six most important issues out of the 27 suggested by the FATF. "Now the whole world knows that Pakistan harbored terrorism on its soil and even today dozens of terrorist groups are active there," he said.
