Many opposition leaders frowned when a special Rs 8,000 crore plane arrived for Prime Minister Narendra Modi and President Ram Nath Kovind. But these leaders may be stunned to learn of Russian President Putin's plane.

Russian President Putin's plane looks like a seven-star hotel. The aircraft was built at a cost of Rs 34 billion, 28 crore, 75 lakh rupees and is called a flying palace. It also has a meeting room, a bedroom, a kitchen and a gym so that even at 38,000 feet, Putin can work out whenever he wants. The aircraft's toilet is inlaid with gold. Its interior is also studded with gold. The aircraft has an area of four thousand square feet.

The biggest advantage of this jet is that it looks very straightforward from the outside. One does not even realize from looking at this plane from outside that this is a seven star flying palace. The jet is equipped with state-of-the-art communication devices. The best security arrangements have been made but the details have not been disclosed. The aircraft is also said to be missile and bomb proof. It has been named Air Force One.
