Nitish Kumar cools down by blowing Chirag, even after leaving NDA, Prime Minister Modi was mentioned

"We have reached an understanding with the BJP," JD (U) said

Patna 7th October 2020 Wednesday

The agreement reached between BJP and JD (U) on the eve of Bihar Assembly elections is a blow to LJP's Chirag Paswan. Chirad had been severing ties with the JD (U) and was constantly creating the illusion that he was with the BJP and the NDA.

Chirag went to Delhi and met BJP president Nadda more than once and announced more candidates from his party, claiming that JD (U) 's Nitish Kumar was ignoring him. He was under the illusion that Nitish Kumar would be shocked by my move. But he failed to identify Nitish Kumar. Nitish Kumar left Chirag alone by signing an election pact with the BJP. Chirag had earlier announced that we do not need anyone's support. We will fight the election on our own strength. He did not reach any agreement with Lalu Prasad Yadav's party RJD or Congress.

Chirag's move was to drop JD (U) and pretend that BJP is with him. It had fielded candidates against Nitish Kumar's party. He wanted to give the impression that my differences were with Nitish Kumar, not with the BJP.

Now that JD (U) has reached an agreement with BJP, the air has gone out of Chirag's sail. The BJP has made it clear that it will accept Nitish Kumar's leadership and stay in the NDA. If Nitish Kumar's leadership is not acceptable, he cannot stay with us. Thus the lamp was now left alone. Now Chirag can't say with a thud that he is with the NDA. Nitish Kumar has once again proved to be a diplomat.
