Along with the lockdown imposed by Corona, visa bans imposed by the Indian government have now been lifted.

The government has decided to lift all restrictions, except for electronics, tourism and medical categories, with immediate effect. Foreign nationals can enter India through the official airport or ports of the Government of India.

However, the ministry said that foreign nationals coming to India have to abide by the guidelines laid down by the health ministry for Kovid. Foreign nationals wishing to come for treatment have to apply for a visa in advance. They can also apply for a medical attendant.

This decision of the government will now make it easier for foreign nationals as well as non-resident Indians living in different countries to come to India. These restrictions were imposed for the last 6 months due to Corona.
