Important statement of the Center regarding corona virus, blueprint of PMO on vaccine

Amid worldwide efforts to develop an effective vaccine for covid-19, the government says two studies on the genome of the virus in India have found that it is genetically stable and has not undergone major changes.

Some experts have expressed concern that they may have difficulty developing a vaccine to bring about a major change in the form of the corona virus. While global facts have come to light that it is being developed due to some minor changes in the form of the virus. The work of the vaccine should not be further affected.

Covid-19 vaccine

"Three vaccines are being developed in India, two in the second stage and one in the third stage," he said in a statement to the Prime Minister's Office after a meeting chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the status of the Kovid-19 epidemic.

Study of ICMR

Health Minister Harshvardhan said last month that there had been no significant change in the form of the corona virus in India. It may be mentioned that the Indian Life Sciences Research Council has conducted a detailed study of the virus samples taken at the national level during the last few months.

Mutations in the corona

Like every bacterium, corona viruses have mutations in their genes, DNA, and RNA. All living things have mutations in their structure. Viruses, the life of bacteria is short, for which they appear mutations very quickly. All forms of the corona have been identified. PMO's Blue Print

According to a statement issued by the Prime Minister's Office , the National Expert Group and the Vaccine Administration for COVID-19, in collaboration with all the state governments and stakeholders, have prepared a detailed blueprint for the storage, distribution and application of vaccines.

As directed by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, all these vaccines should be more effective considering the geographical location and diversity of the country.
