Hathras victim gangraped, right? Two medical reports mention rape in one, not in the other

- It is not clear whether the gangrape actually took place

A new spark erupted in the Hathras scandal. Two medical reports of the gangrape victim came. One mentioned that she was raped. The second is not about rape. So there was no way to know what really happened because the victim herself had died.

While she was injured, the victim alleged that she was sexually assaulted. Eight days later, during a medico-legal examination at the JN Hospital in Aligarh, the victim's private part underwent complete penetration and strangulation.

But the JN Medical College Hospital affiliated with the same Aligarh Muslim University ruled out the possibility of rape. The hospital said in its final report that it had found no evidence of sexual intercourse. No sperm or semen was found in its private part.

On September 22, based on the Medico-Legal case report, Uttar Pradesh Additional Director General of Police Prashant Kumar said the victim had not been gangraped. No signs of intercourse were seen in the vaginal part of the victim. The victim, on the other hand, alleged in a video clip that she was sexually assaulted.

Meanwhile, the role of the doctor examining the victim has written in his report that he reserves my decision as to whether the rape took place or not. A forensic science report on the matter will determine whether the rape took place or not.
