Hathras case should be investigated by Mumbai Police

-Demand made by Shiv Sena MLA

-The same MLA threatened to break Kangana's head

Mumbai on 3rd October 2020 Saturday

Shiv Sena MLA Pratap Sarnaik said that the Hathras scandal should be investigated by the Mumbai Police. The police in Hathras have not done their duty properly. Pratap Sarnaik told Maharashtra Home Minister Anil Deshmukh that the case should be registered with the Mumbai Police under Section 154 of the Indian Criminal Procedure Code.

Remember that this is the same MLA who threatened Kangana that if I set foot in Mumbai, I would blow your head off. Amid allegations that Mumbai police had not done their duty properly in the probe into the untimely death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput, Bihar police slammed it and then demanded a CBI probe. At present, Sarnaik is looking into the incident and demanding that the Hathras case be investigated by the Mumbai Police. Sarnaik said without stealing any words that the investigation into the Hathras scandal should now be handed over to the Mumbai police, just as the Bihar police had swayed in Sushant's case.

However, after more than one scuffle by the Hathras police, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi suspended the entire police team, including a police superintendent, involved in the scandal. Police cremated the body in the middle of the night in the presence of the entire village of the victim.
