A strange case has come up in Germany. In which citizenship was not given due to not shaking hands with the woman. A German court has ruled that a man who refuses to shake hands with a woman should not be granted citizenship. This person is a doctor by profession.

The case was reported that a German woman officer was handing over a certificate of citizenship and in the meantime she reached out to the person issuing the certificate, but the man refused to shake hands. The person mentioned was from Lebanon.

The court said in the case, handshaking has long been a way of sending greetings. By refusing to shake hands with the female officer, it appears that the Lebanese man may have seen the woman as a threat to sexual seduction. The court further stated that there is a provision for sexual equality under the values of the German Constitution.

The court said no one can refuse to shake hands with anyone on the basis of religion or gender. The court ruled that it was unacceptable for a man to refuse to have sex with women because he saw them as a threat to women's sexual attraction.

The 40-year-old arrived in Germany in 2020 as a language student and later became a doctor. He said in his statement that he had promised his wife that he would not touch any other woman.
