Corona killed 2.5 million people in the United States, the CDC said in a statement

More people between the ages of 25 and 44 died. Corona contributed 26.5 percent to the total deaths.

The report also noted that there was a good increase in the death rate of people belonging to a particular society and caste. The highest number of deaths was recorded during the week ended April 11 and August 8. The Corona alone has claimed about 2.5 million lives so far.
