New delhi date. Thursday 1 October 2020

A special aircraft specially designed for Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the President and the Vice President will land in the capital New Delhi today.

The Boeing has built a special aircraft for the US President in Dallas, USA. It will largely be called Air Force One and will be operated by the Indian Air Force. This aircraft will be an 'armored' aircraft.

Once refueled, the aircraft can fly from India to the US without stopping anywhere. So far, the Prime Minister has been using a Boeing 747 with an Air India-One call sign. Now this new aircraft will use Boeing 777.

This armored aircraft can fly at an altitude of 35,000 feet at a speed of 900 kilometers per hour. Once refueled, the aircraft can cover a distance of up to 6,800 kilometers. The aircraft can refuel in the air.

The front of the plane is jammed with jammers jamming the radar, meaning the other party may not be aware of Modi's arrival. It will not be affected by a missile attack. The aircraft can fly at a maximum altitude of 45,000 feet.

However, it would not be a surprise if the opposition lashed out at the government over the issue of the aircraft as it could cost Rs 1.30 crore per hour to operate when it is in the air.

Each such aircraft is valued at more than Rs 8,000 crore. That issue could also be an occasion for opposition. However, the government could claim that the plane was ordered because of the high probability of a terrorist attack on the prime minister.
