The last date for linking ration card with Aadhaar is September 30, after 3 days the rule will change

If you cannot link the ration card with Aadhaar within the stipulated time, you will now get foodgrains from PDS only till September 30. So you need to quickly link your ration card with support.

However, the Union Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution has given clear instructions to each of the states that no real beneficiary can be denied a quota of foodgrains as he does not have an Aadhaar number. Also, his name cannot be removed from the ration card.

To link to the online process, go to the Aadhaar Linking website and click Start Now. Then fill in the information with your address. Select the option of ration card in benefit type. Select the scheme given in the ration card here.

After OTP verification your ration card will be linked to Aadhaar. For offline you go to your nearest PDS center. Keep a photo of Aadhaar card of each member of the family, passport size photo of the main member of the household and ration card. If your bank account is not linked to Aadhaar, keep a photocopy of your passbook with you.

Submit to the PDS Center along with a photocopy of the base of all these documents. You will receive a message on the registered mobile number after your document is accepted. Even after linking Aadhaar card and ration card, you will be given information on mobile number.
