The Hyper Loop train will run in Bengaluru, completing the one-hour journey in ten minutes

There is a lot of good news for the people of Karnataka. A capsule shaped magnetic train called Hyper Loop will soon be running in Bengaluru. Such trains run at a speed of 1300 kilometers per hour. This means that the train will complete the one hour journey in just ten minutes.

The train will cover the distance between Bengaluru city and Kempegonda International Airport in just ten minutes. According to a report in The News Minute, The Hyper Loop Company of America signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Bengaluru International Airport Limited on Sunday. These were MoUs to examine the feasibility study of this hyper loop corridor. The study was expected to be completed in two phases in six months.

Initially the train will run at a speed of 1080 kilometers per hour. The train will initially run from Bengaluru Airport to the heart of Bengaluru city.

Hari Marare, CEO and Managing Director, Bengaluru International Airport Limited, said, “We are bringing a hyper loop in an effort to develop Bengaluru Airport as a transport hub and establish it as the gateway to India's new transport hub. This was an important step in keeping pace with global transport. This will be an innovation not only for the state of Karnataka, but for the entire country. Preparations are underway to build a new terminal at the International Airport. We did this MoU to keep pace with it.
