Taiwan President Tsai Ing-wen urges all nations to unite against China

Despite China's intimidation and provocative behavior, Taiwan remained firm in its views. Taiwan's women-president Tsai Ying-wen called on countries around the world to unite to counter China's aggression.

He said China's grandeur against regional stability was steadily increasing. We all need to unite and respond to China urgently.

China laid claim to democratic Taiwan and increased its military activity around the island. China wants to occupy Taiwan by intimidating it. But the overwhelming response from Taiwan's female president, Tsai Ing-wen, has not allowed China's intentions to succeed.

Taiwan's defense ministry officials held a meeting in Taipei on Tuesday in the presence of Western ambassadors in which Tsai launched a scathing attack on China. "We are ready to fight for the protection of Taiwan's democratic form," he said. Taiwan is committed to its own defense and to regional autonomy.

Countries around the world should unite and help Taiwan against this regionalist and aggressive policy of China. China was increasing its military strength in the South China Sea, which was a threat to the peace and tranquility prevailing in the region.

Tsai said democracies around the world and like-minded countries should unite to oppose China's aggressive stance. Thus little Taiwan was ready to face China. Taiwan did not appear to intend to take into account China's increasing military activity in its territory.
