Ladakh dated 3rd September 2020 Thursday

Indian Army Chief General MM Narwane visited the Ladakh region this morning to study the current tensions between India and China. In the meanwhile he had a conversation with Jawano and increased his enthusiasm. General Narwane also visited South Pengong.

General Narvane will be in Ladakh for two days, where he will be on duty for many months under difficult circumstances and will exchange views with the commanders. For the last three months, Indians have been struggling with Chinese migration. Our intention was not to allow China's troops to invade Indian soil.

Chief of Defense Staff General Bipin Rawat had earlier said that if the talks did not work out, we were also prepared to take military action with China. If necessary, General Narvan will also assess the readiness of our army for war and how much, and will give necessary instructions and advice.

Apart from Ladakh, we also increased the strength of ITBP and SSB in Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh. The number of tanks and artillery also increased.
