NCP chief and former Union Minister Sharad Pawar, a partner in power with the Shiv Sena in the Maharashtra state government, held a meeting with Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and expressed displeasure over the steps taken by the Mumbai Municipality at actress Kangana Ranaut's office.

Sharad Pawar had publicly told the media yesterday evening that he did not need to take anything Kangna said seriously. The BMC had given Kangana too much publicity by vandalizing her office. Pawar also said that there are many other houses in Mumbai that have been illegally constructed. BMC did not need to target Kangana's office.

Pawar held a meeting with Uddhav Thackeray at his bungalow at Bandra Kalanagar on Wednesday night and expressed displeasure over the BMC's move. Maharashtra has a tripartite government of Shiv Sena, NCP and Congress. Pawar expressed his displeasure without wasting any time.

Coming to Mumbai, Kangana first visited her office at Bandra Pali Hill and then went to her home in Khar and immediately addressed the Chief Minister of the state in a whisper that Uddhav broke my house today, tomorrow your pride will be broken. No one's time stays the same forever.

There was no such thing as the Chief Minister of Maharashtra being shouted at by the whole world. The whole world got the impression that on one side there is an actress i.e. a woman and on the other side there is the government of the whole state.
