Srinagar, 27 September 2020, Sunday

In Jammu and Kashmir, the ongoing security crackdown by the security forces is also having an impact.

The number of militants in Kashmir Valley has been declining due to Operation Allout. It is estimated that only 170 to 200 militants have survived in Kashmir. Of these, 40 are from Pakistan. Hezbollah and Lashkar militants are currently the most active militants. Because the infiltration from Pakistan has almost stopped. Due to which the trained terrorists are not succeeding in infiltrating Kashmir.

It is a great thing that the operation of the Jammu and Kashmir police and security forces is now getting the cooperation of the locals as well.

So far this year, 160 militants have been killed, with Toiba and Hezbollah being the worst hit by the army. Its 100 militants have been wiped out. Currently, South Kashmir is the worst-affected area. There are very few militants in Central Kashmir.
