Srinagar, Ta. Sunday, September 13, 2020

Terrorist attacks in Kashmir and Pak shelling on the border continue despite the Koro epidemic. Heavy gunfire erupted between security forces and troops in the Pargam area of Pulwama, Kashmir.

The operation was launched after reports that the terrorists were hiding. The militants, however, opened fire when the army was informed. There was friction between the two for hours.

The militants opened fire on an army convoy of the National Rifles just after 5pm on Sunday. This friction occurred in Parigam. Although the militants fled after the attack, there was a long firefight between the army and the militants.

There were no reports of injuries in the clashes. On the other hand, Jammu and Kashmir DGP Dilbag Singh said that Pakistan was currently using the underground tunnel to infiltrate terrorists into India and had increased its presence in Pakistan.

A joint anti-tunnel operation has been launched by the army and police. The main purpose of which is to find the tunnels being built by Pakistan on the border with the help of terrorists. A similar tunnel was found here earlier after which the army has become more alert.

Dilbag Singh also said that Pakistan was trying to use drones to deliver weapons to terrorists. The first 25-foot-long tunnel was found on August 28. Following which a search operation is currently underway.

Meanwhile, the militant group Hizbul Mujahideen has written a letter to a Congress leader threatening major attacks and an FIR has been lodged by the police alleging that the leaders were also targeted. By writing a two-page letter in Urdu, the terrorists want to spread fear among the leaders.

Army's new campaign to prevent youth from becoming terrorists through counseling
