New delhi date. Sunday 30 August 2020

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the nation through his radio program Mann Ki Baat. In his keynote address, PM Modi said that in the Corona era, citizens have a sense of responsibility. People are exercising restraint in all kinds of festivals. The way in which restraint and simplicity are being seen in every planning taking place in the country this time is unprecedented.

In his keynote address, PM Modi said that we will celebrate Teacher's Day on September 5. There is also a challenge for teachers over time. Teachers have accepted the challenge. Teacher and student are innovating together. We will play an important role in this through the new education policy. PM Modi said that everyone believes in the ability of Indians to innovate and provide solutions and when there is dedication, empathy, this power becomes infinite. Our children here, our students were able to show their full potential, to show their potential, in which nutrition also plays a very big role.

Prime Minister Modi said that he would like to apologize to the parents of the children who are listening to Mann Ki Baat as it may be that after listening to this Mann Ki Baat program, listening to the new demand for toys may come up against them. While toys are an activity enhancer, toys also give rise to our aspirations. Toys not only make the mind better, the toy also makes the mind and creates the purpose.

The Prime Minister said that our country has a very rich tradition of local toys. There are some talented and skilled craftsmen who specialize in making good toys. Some areas of India are also developing as toy clusters. The PM said the global toy industry is worth over Rs 7 lakh crore. Such a huge trade of Rs 7 lakh crore but India's share is very small. A nation that has such a legacy, a tradition, their participation in the toy market should be so low.

The Prime Minister discussed the farmers in Mann Ki Baat. He said that there is a mantra in the Rig Veda - Annanam Pataye Namah, Kshetranam Pataye Namah meaning bow to the giver of food. The farmer is bowing. Farmers have proved their strength in bad times like Corona. This time the sowing of kharif crop in our country has increased by 7% as compared to last year.

PM Modi said that if we take a closer look, one thing will definitely come in front of us, our festival and environment. There is a close relationship between the two. For centuries, people of the Tharu tribal community in western Champaran, Bihar, have observed a 60-hour lockdown, in their words, a 60-hour barn. The people of Tharu society have made Barna a part of their tradition for the protection of nature and this has been going on for centuries.

Usually this time is festive. Fairs are held in many places. Religious worship is done. In this time of crisis in Corona, there is not only enthusiasm and enthusiasm among the people, but also a touching discipline.
