The second testing of a possible Covid-19 vaccine developed by Oxford begins today

The second phase of human clinical trial of the possible Covid-19 vaccine discovered by the Serum Institute of India, Oxford University in Pune will take place today.

According to sources, a study will be conducted on healthy citizens at Bharti Vidyapeeth College and Hospital in Pune to test the safety and immunity of Kovishield.

SII is involved in the production of the Covid-19 vaccine invented by Oxford University for the British-Swedish company Astragenica.

"We have also received approval from the Central Pharmaceutical Human and Control Organization," said the government as well as the director of exchange affairs at SII. We are starting a clinical trial on the man on August 25 at Bharti Vidyapeeth Medical College and Hospital.

The first dose of Phase-3 trial of Covishield vaccine was given in India. The second dose will be given after 29 days. The last data of the trial will come 15 days before the second dose is given.
