Raphael's ghost washed away again: Rahul Gandhi targeted government, then BJP also retaliated

New delhi date. Saturday 22 August 2020

The Raphael plane was a big issue in the last Lok Sabha elections. While the Congress was constantly accusing the BJP central government of corruption in Raphael, the BJP was constantly defending itself. Then, a year later, Raphael's ghost is haunted again. Congress leader Rahul Gandhi has now made fresh allegations against the government. BJP leader Piyush Goyal has also retaliated after Rahul Gandhi's allegations. That is to say, once again, a series of allegations and counter-accusations have been made against Raphael.

Rahul Gandhi tweeted on Saturday with a reference to a news report. In which it was written that 'money has been stolen from the Indian treasury in Raphael'. He also quoted a quote from Mahatma Gandhi, 'Truth is one, roads are many'. The news report he shared stated that the CAG had submitted an audit report to the government, but that it had not audited Raphael Dill.

Reacting to Rahul Gandhi, Railway Minister Piyush Goyal also tweeted: But who are we to complain if someone is waiting for their own destruction? We invite Rahul Gandhi to fight the 2024 elections on the same issue.
