Praise RSS, but have you ever read Golwalkar? Lyricist Javed Akhtar questioned renowned author Tariq Fateh

New Delhi 5th August 2020 Wednesday

Bollywood lyricist Javed Akhtar, in a tweet addressed to world-renowned author Tariq Fateh, asked the question, "Do you praise the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) but have you ever read Golwalkar's books or writings?" Golwalkar was a fan of Hitler, Germany's notorious tyrant.

The controversy started with a tweet from journalist Atish Taseer. Taseer tweeted about the protest against the display of a picture of Lord Rama on Times Square in New York, USA. In it, Taseer wrote that the representation of Nazi-influenced Hindutva could have no place in New York. In response to Taseer's tweet, world-renowned author Tariq Fateh wrote that Nazi-influenced Hindutva? Aren't you talking about the Islamic world working side by side with the Mufti of Palestine, Hitler and the Nazis? Your hatred towards Hindus is understandable. You should forgive your father for marrying an infidel woman.

In this tweet fight between Taseer and Tariq, lyricist Javed Akhtar wrote on Twitter without any reason, "Tariq Saheb, it seems that you are praising RSS." But have you read Golwalkar's book A Bunch of Thoughts and We Are Our Nation Defined? You may know that Golwalkar was a supporter of Hitler.

However, many people were shocked by Javed's tweet. A young man named Vishal wrote in acidic language, if you remove the mask, the real face will appear ... everything will be remembered ... you keep breaking the idols, we will keep setting up the idols, another troll wrote, yes now Javed Saheb He talks about the book and says how close Nazi Hitler's words are now ...
