Pilot returns home in Congress, Gehlot to be CM, Tendulkar to get 'honor'

After nearly a month of rebellion, Sachin Pilot's return to the Congress is certain. Calling his revolt an issue of position and prestige, Sachin Pilot on Monday met Congress presidents Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi. A committee has been formed by the Congress to look into all the problems of Sachin Pilot. With these promises, Sachin has become a pilot and he could soon be seen in a big post in the Congress.

What will happen now?

Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra on Monday met Sachin Pilot and his fellow MLAs and all were heard. Then today all the MLAs can go to Jaipur. This means that the Congress has closed its doors just before the Assembly session, which begins on August 14. On the other hand, the Congress High Command has also spoken to Ashok Gehlot and he too is ready to be lenient on the issue of horse trading.

After the meeting with Rahul and Priyanka, Sachin Pilot spoke to the media. He said the party could take the position if it could. We were fighting a battle of self-esteem. In the midst of all this, there will be a discussion on how Sachin Pilot can make an honorable return, even if he can be given a position in the central leadership by the party.
