India ranks second in Corona positive active case

America ranks first with -32.76 lakh cases

-The total number of Koro infections in India reached 24 lakh

In the case of Corona's positive case, India came second after the United States, beating Brazil. There are currently 32.76 million active cases in the United States. Against this, the number of active cases in India reached six lakh fifty three thousand and the total number of coronaries reached 24 lakh. Brazil previously had the second highest number of cases after the United States.

So far, the death toll from Corona has risen to 47,033. With an average of 60,000 new cases coming in every day for the last two days, India was on the verge of overtaking Brazil to reach the second position. The total number of cases in the United States was 51 lakh 97 thousand in which the number of active cases was 32 lakh 76 thousand. The total number of cases in Brazil was 31 lakh 64 thousand.

In the last 24 hours ending on Thursday evening, 67 thousand new cases were reported and the number of cases of corona infection in India was 23 lakh 96 thousand 638.

The reassuring news was that according to figures released by the Indian Medical Council, 268,000 tests had been done so far. A total of 830,000 tests were completed in the country between Wednesday and Thursday.

The worst situation in the country was in Maharashtra. More than 12,000 cases were reported here in the first three days of the last one week. As a result, the number of Koro-infected cases in Maharashtra has crossed five lakh thirty-five thousand and the death toll has risen to 18,650.

Maharashtra alone accounts for about one-third of the total corona cases in the country. The state government has not been successful in combating the infection.
