We will not allow China to occupy, we will give military aid to India: America

Washington, Ta. 7 July 2020, Tuesday

Amid the India-China border dispute, the US has boldly stated that it will not back down from its dominant role, be it the Pacific Ocean or beyond. According to US President Donald Trump's Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, whether it is an issue related to the India-China dispute or anything else, his (US) stance will be tough. He further added that no country bordering China is safe from Beijing's aggression.

"Our message is clear," said Meadows, referring to the deployment of two aircraft carriers in the South China Sea amid tensions. We will not remain silent. Whether it is China or anyone else, we will not allow any other country in that area or anywhere else to take the status of the most powerful, influential power. Our military strength is strong and will remain strong in the future. Whether it is an issue related to the conflict between India and China or something else.

'America is still the world's best military power'

According to Meadows, America's mission is to make the world aware that America is still the world's best military power. The US statement came as China said on Monday that "troops deployed on the front lines are taking effective steps to make progress in the Galvan Valley on the Line of Actual Control (LOC) with India."

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijan's remarks came at a time when government sources in New Delhi said Chinese troops were seen removing tents and retreating in some areas of the Galvan Valley as the first sign of the withdrawal of troops from the area. This is the site of the Galvan Valley where 20 Indians were killed in a clash between the two countries' troops on June 15. The Chinese military was also injured in the clashes, but China has not yet commented.

China's retreat at point-14

According to a report by sources in New Delhi, a Chinese People's Liberation Army team was seen removing its tents and other infrastructure from Point-14. Vehicles of Chinese troops were seen heading back to the general area of Galwan and Gogra Hot Springs.
