Vikas Dubey's sharp shooter Amar Dubey shot dead by police, another Sagarit Shyam arrested by police

Vikas Dubey is absconding after eight policemen were killed in an encounter with gangster Vikas Dubey's gang in UP and on the other hand, the police have now started cracking down on his gang members.

Police have killed his special Sagarit and sharpshooter Amar Dubey in an encounter at around 4 am this morning after Dubey escaped. A police officer was injured in the encounter. Amar Bajpayee was also involved in the clash with police personnel. He had a bounty of Rs 25,000 on him. Police, on the other hand, have managed to nab another of his accomplices, Shyam Bajpayee. Bajpayee was also injured in the encounter with the police.

This is the fifth police encounter since Dubey's escape. However, development has not yet come to the hands of Dubey police. Police raided a hotel in Haryana on Tuesday night, but he had already fled.

Police have deployed 10,000 troops in search of Dubey. However, Dubey has not yet been apprehended by the police. Dubey's probe has been extended as far as Nepal.

Meanwhile, the UP police has increased the reward for Dubey to Rs 50,000. Prashant Kumar, Additional DG, UP Police, said that the martyrdom of police personnel would not go unnoticed.
