In order to get wages, those girls have to trade their bodies and if they don't, they are deprived of wages.

Demand for action by Delhi Women's Commission chairperson

Swati Maliwal, chairperson of the Delhi Women's Commission, tweeted and demanded stern action against the Yogi Adityanath government. "In Chitrakoot, Uttar Pradesh, 10 to 18-year-old girls are being bullied under the pretext of working in a mine," he wrote. How can it be that these little girls are being picked up in this way and the administration is not aware of it? Very embarrassing Yogi Adityanathji should take drastic action immediately. '
