After banning a total of 59 Chinese applications, Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that India also knows how to carry out digital strikes to protect its citizens. "For India's security and sovereignty, for the digital security and privacy of our countrymen, we have banned 59 applications, including TikTok," Prasad said.

Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that India also knows how to talk eye to eye on its borders and how to carry out digital strikes for the security of the people of the country. He also said that our country has to become self-sufficient in terms of mobile applications.

Earlier, during the Digital India program, Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said, "The restrictions we have placed on Chinese apps, I think this is a great opportunity. Can we come to market with good apps made by Indians? We have to stop relying on foreign apps for our agenda for many reasons.

Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said that India has no shortage of talent. They can be promoted by the government. At the same time, this talent needs the help of people like you (Infosys' Nandan Nilkeni). There are many possibilities for public-private partnerships in the country.

Union Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad said, "Our aim is to make India self-sufficient in software as well." For this, a policy has been formulated by talking to the stakeholders. We want India to become self-sufficient in software as it becomes self-sufficient in all digital mediums. India becomes the world's software hub.
