Washington Thursday 23 July 2020 Thursday

The United States has given China an ultimatum to vacate its Houston embassy within 48 hours, signaling that it is preparing to vacate another embassy.

The Chinese embassy was accused of spying on the intellectual property and personal affairs of the American people. The burning of some private documents and files at the Chinese embassy began after the US issued an ultimatum.

However, China also threatened retaliation. The US warning to vacate the embassy in just 48 hours sparked outrage in the Chinese Foreign Ministry. China's foreign ministry has threatened retaliation against the United States. On the other hand, there was chaos in some Chinese embassies in the US, including Houston. Several Chinese embassies, including Houston, began burning private documents and files. The fire broke out at the Houston embassy. That's why the fire brigade's Laibamba rushed there. However, for diplomatic reasons, the fire brigade did not go inside the embassy.

Meanwhile, photos of the Chinese embassy fire went viral on social media. Under these circumstances, the possibility of further deterioration of US-China relations was not ruled out.

In response to a question during a press briefing, US President Donald Trump said that the possibility of other Chinese embassies being evacuated was not ruled out. I have been told that there is a fire at the embassy which was told to evacuate. It is not clear what is true in this. Why do documents and files have to be burnt to such an extent that there is a fire? What did he do that those people had to hide?

The US State Department alleged that the Chinese embassy had been spying for years, forcing us to take strict action.
