Earthquake shakes Dhara Dhruji, Delhi-NCR

Earthquake tremors have been felt in Delhi-NCR. The quake was felt at 7 pm on Friday. The magnitude is 4.5 on the Richter scale. The epicenter was reported at Alwar in Rajasthan.

4.6 magnitude earthquake shakes Mizoram

Earthquakes have been raging in many Indian states for the past several days. The quake was felt near Chimphai in Mizoram on Friday. Its intensity was recorded at 4.6 on the Richter scale. The quake struck at 2.35 pm, according to the National Center for Seismology.

The first tremor was felt near Tura in Meghalaya on Sunday afternoon, June 28. The quake was felt at 12.24 pm, according to the National Center of Seismology. Its intensity was 3.9 on the Richter scale, the center said.

The quake was also felt in Tura, Meghalaya on Friday, June 26. Its epicenter was 3.3 on the Richter scale, 79 km west of Meghalaya. Earlier, mild tremors were felt in Guwahati, Meghalaya, Manipur and Mizoram in northeastern Assam. Its epicenter was at Aizawl in Mizoram when its magnitude was 5.1.
