After 9 weeks of confrontation between India and China, now India has these three options

Clashes between Indian and Chinese forces in eastern Ladakh have persisted for the past nine weeks. Talks between the two countries at the military and diplomatic levels are also not yielding any results.

According to experts, India now has three options to change this situation. The first option is for India to remove all the constructions done by the Chinese army.

For this, however, India will have to use military force. This situation could lead to a war-like situation. The same situation arose on June 15 and there was a bloody battle between the soldiers of the two countries.

The other option is for India, like China, to occupy some areas on the LAC. Whenever negotiations take place, India can move these areas forward to maintain the status quo.

When such a situation arose in the Depsang area in 2013, the Indian Army advanced on the Chumar area and carried out some constructions. After the talks, the armies of both the countries withdrew.

The third option is for the two countries to continue talks and for the Indian Army to be careful not to infiltrate any other area as China has done in the Galvan Valley and Pangong Lake area. India will also continue its economic boycott to increase pressure on China. .
