5 killed in Agra-Lucknow expressway bus-car accident

Five people were killed and 20 others injured in a road accident on the Agra-Lucknow Expressway near Kannauj in Uttar Pradesh on Sunday morning.

According to the information received, the uncontrolled bus hit the car. Which caused both the bus and the car to fall into a ditch. Relief work is currently underway at the scene. The injured have been admitted to a nearby hospital and Saifai Medical College.

According to information received, the bus was going from Delhi to Bihar. Then the over speed bus went out of control and hit the car and fell into the pit. The condition of many of the injured is said to be serious. At the same time, the death toll could rise.

The accident took place this morning when a private travels bus was traveling from Delhi to Darbhanga in Bihar. The occupants of the bus fell into a ditch after the accident and sustained serious injuries. Locals, police and the administration rushed the injured to a nearby hospital for immediate treatment.
