Corona had the highest number of 19,402 new cases reported in a single day in the country. 503 patients died. The total death toll rose to 14,007. The first death was from Corona in Goa. Delhi was second only to Maharashtra with 62,655 cases. Maharashtra has the highest number of registered patients at 1.35 lakh.

A total of 19402 new cases of corona were reported in the country in a single day. This was the largest figure recorded in a single day. At the same time 503 patients died. For the 11th day in a row, more than 10,000 corona patients were registered.

The total death toll in the country had crossed 14 thousand. Delhi had the second highest number of cases after Maharashtra with 62,655 cases. 59,377 cases were reported in Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu was the third most infected state in Corona.

Maharashtra was the first Srutha with more than 1.35 lakh patients. Out of a total of 4,32,092 patients in the country, 2,37,612 patients recovered and reached home. 1.74 lakh patients are undergoing treatment in various hospitals across the country. According to the Ministry of Health, the recovery rate in the country has risen to 55.77 per cent.

The health ministry claimed that India lags behind the rest of the world in terms of an average of one lakh patients. That is the lowest number of one lakh cases reported in India. According to government figures, an average of 30.04 cases of one lakh corona have been reported in India, while the global average of one lakh corona transitions is 114.

Remedies and Favipiravir should not be so effective: experts

Medications called remedivisor and favipiravir have been launched in the market to treat the corona virus, but it is not a game changer, medical experts said. Experts say these drugs will require relief and ease of treatment, but it is difficult to say whether they will be a game changer. These anti-virus drugs are unlikely to be as effective as we expected. Favipiravir, introduced by Maharashtra-based pharma company Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, will provide a lot of relief to the corona patient. The drug was approved by the Drug Counselor General of India, but it will not prove to be a game changer. Dr. of Ames.
