If the wind direction changes, locusts may come towards Delhi, so every aspect is being monitored.

For this, a development commissioner has been appointed who will be in touch with central government officials so that if there is any movement in Haryana, Delhi will also be alerted. Apart from this, there is also a threat of locusts in Noida. 4 teams have been deployed in Noida.
