Outraged America, Trump now threatens to deploy troops

Violence in the United States has not stopped after a black man died in police custody.

US President Donald Trump has now said troops will be deployed in states that are not taking action against rioters.

The riots are currently raging in 40 US states. People here are staging violent demonstrations and damaging property.

"All Americans are saddened by the assassination of George Floyd. No matter what happens to George and his family, my priority as president is to protect the interests of the United States and its citizens. First and foremost, the chaos created in the country will end," Trump said.

"I have told governors in all states to deploy adequate National Guard. If no city or state takes drastic action against rioters, I will order the deployment of troops there. Terrorists must face the law and go to jail," he said. Also have to go.

There have been curfews in 40 cities across the United States and five people have been killed in the violence.

As many as 140 cities have been affected by the storms. National Guard has been deployed in 20 states.
