Experts estimate that Covid-19 transmission in India was not from China but from the people of these countries.

Corona virus is spreading in the country and the world. Although the origin of the Corona transition was in the city of Wuhan, China, we did not come to Corona from China. Countries such as the United States and Australia have been accused of spreading Corona infection in their country.

China has come to India but a new discovery claims that this deadly corona virus came to India not from China but from other countries.

Researchers at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) have discovered how the deadly virus came to India. He believes that the virus has come to India from EU countries, Gulf countries and South Asian countries and Oceania countries (Australia and surrounding areas).

The discovery was made by Professor Kumaraval Somsunder, Manak Mandal, Ankita Lavarde, a researcher in the Department of Micrology and Cell Biology, IISC.

This discovery based on genomics has been published in Current Science. According to the researchers, 129 out of 137 samples of SARS-Cov-2 in India were found to be similar to those of other countries.

Samples of the Indian Corona virus of cluster A match the samples of Oceania, Kuwait and South Asian countries. At the same time, the cluster B samples match most of the European countries.

The findings show that SARS-CoV-2 in India came from Europe, Gulf countries, South Asian countries and the Oceania region.

Except for 129 of the 137, other samples matched corona virus samples from China and East Asian countries. The findings show that the deadly virus in India was brought to India by tourists from these areas.
